TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SAVORLY WEBSITE
1. DEFINITIONS

the following capitalized terms are used in these Terms and Conditions,
they shall be understood as:

The website operated by SAVORLY at [website URL].
- Customer:
A natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the Website
or Application to purchase SAVORLY services.
- Meal
Plan: A customizable plan consisting of meals as described on the
Website or Application, purchased by the Customer.
- Order:
A request submitted by the Customer for a specific Meal Plan.
- Business
Days: Days from Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.
- Force
Majeure: Unforeseen events beyond the control of SAVORLY and the
Customer, such as natural disasters or governmental restrictions.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions regulate the services provided by
SAVORLY through the Website, including browsing meal plans, placing Orders, and
receiving deliveries. By using the Website or Application, you agree to these
Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
3. SERVICES
SAVORLY provides:
- Information
about meal plans and their customization options.
- Account
creation and management for ease of service.
- Order
placement and payment processing.
- Delivery
of Meal Plans to specified areas within the UAE.
- All
services are subject to UAE laws and these Terms.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Customers may create an account on the Website to facilitate
future Orders.
Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information
when registering.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Customers are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
SAVORLY reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts
in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.
5. PLACING AN ORDER
- Orders
can be placed via the Website.
- Required
information includes:

of type of the Meal Plan;

of variant and calorie content of the Meal Plan;

choice
of additives (optional);

choice
of delivery days;
·
first
and last name;
·
telephone;
·
e-mail;
- Meal
Plan type and customization preferences.
- Delivery
address and preferred delivery days.
- Contact
information (name, phone number, email).
- Payment
must be made in full at the time of Order placement.
- SAVORLY
will confirm Orders via email or Whatsapp. Orders not confirmed within two
Business Days are considered void.
6. DELIVERY
- Deliveries
are made to specified locations in the UAE as per the schedule provided
during Order placement.
- Delivery
times may vary due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Once
meals are delivered to the designated location, responsibility for storage
and consumption rests with the Customer.
- SAVORLY
is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses
provided by the Customer.
7. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
- Changes
to Orders, including delivery addresses or meal preferences, must be
requested at least 72 working hours excluding Saturday in
advance of the next scheduled delivery before cut-off hour.
- Customers
cannot pause weekly Meal Plans. Monthly Meal Plans may be paused.
- Freezing
requests must be made via official SAVORLY communication channels and are
subject to approval based on timing.
8. PRICING AND PAYMENT
- Prices
are displayed in AED and include VAT.
- First-time
Orders include a refundable AED 150 deposit for cooler bags and ice packs,
returned upon receipt of all items in good condition within three months
of the last active plan.
- Payment
methods include online payment options such as Apple Pay, Visa, and
MasterCard.
9. REFUND POLICY
- SAVORLY
does not offer refunds for any Orders, including cancellations or unused
portions of Meal Plans.
- If a
delivery or meal is missing or incorrect, the Customer must report the
issue promptly for resolution.
10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure
meals are stored properly as per provided instructions.
- Consult
a medical professional for any dietary restrictions or concerns before
starting a Meal Plan.
- Keep
personal account details updated to avoid issues with delivery or
communication.
11. LIABILITY
- SAVORLY
is not liable for health complications arising from the use of Meal Plans.
- SAVORLY
is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to meals after delivery.
- SAVORLY
shall not be held accountable for delays or interruptions caused by Force
Majeure.
12. COMPLAINTS
- Complaints
must be submitted via email and include relevant details such as Order ID
and issue description.
- SAVORLY
will acknowledge and respond to complaints within 2 Business Days.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All
content on the Website, including logos, designs, and materials, are the
property of SAVORLY.
- Unauthorized
use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
14. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
SAVORLY reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time
for valid reasons such as legal updates or service improvements. Customers will
be notified of changes via email or the Website.
Continued use of SAVORLY services constitutes acceptance of
the updated Terms.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by UAE law. Any disputes arising
from these Terms will be resolved in UAE courts.
By using SAVORLY services, you acknowledge and agree to
these Terms and Conditions.
